CONNEkT GEAR Patch panels are rack mountable cable termination ports that allow circuits, departments, workstations etc to be conveniently identified and labelled.
Ample rear cable management positions and IDC (insulation displacement connection) blocks allow easy use of an IDC punchdown tool ensuring trouble-free installation.
Features
- Produced and tested to the current Cat 6 requirements set by TIA & ISO standards and is backward compatible with Cat 5 & Cat 5e
- Screen printed port numbering for easy port identification
- Choice of labelling options include: Pre-printed labels that are attached to the patch panel facia or removable card system that is protected by the clear plastic holders
- Each panel houses 8 sections of 6 way blocks consisting of RJ45 sockets
- Rear cable management is set out in LSA style termination blocks
- To relieve cable stress cable tie bridges are placed between the IDC blocks
- High quality pressed steel front panel construction
- Each patch panel includes cages nuts and cable ties
